Terms of Service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms cover your use of Statecraft (statecraftux.com) and your purchase of Statecraft Pro. Statecraft is operated by Intersans Design Private Limited, a company registered in India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. What Statecraft is

Statecraft is a library of UX patterns for SaaS and AI products: written guidance on flows, states, edge cases, microcopy, accessibility and implementation, plus implementation prompts and, for some patterns, React + TypeScript reference code. Free patterns are available to everyone on the website. Statecraft Pro gives you the full library as a download.

2. Buying Statecraft Pro

  • Statecraft Pro is a one-time purchase, currently $9 USD (launch price). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Dodo Payments handles payment, billing details, sales tax and VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment itself.
  • After payment, you receive a download containing the full pattern library, prompts and reference code.
  • Your purchase includes all updates to version 1 of Statecraft Pro. We’ll send updated downloads when we add patterns or code. A future major version may be sold separately.
  • Prices may change in the future. Changes never affect a purchase you’ve already made.

3. Your licence

When you buy Statecraft Pro, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • read and use the content to design and build your own products and your clients’ products;
  • use, copy and modify the reference code inside those products, in unlimited projects, commercial or not;
  • use the implementation prompts with any AI coding tool.

You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense or publish the download, the Pro content or the reference code, in whole or in part;
  • repackage the content or code as your own pattern library, UI kit, template, course or similar product;
  • share your download with people outside your purchase — each person using Statecraft Pro needs their own licence.

Code you write using Statecraft, and products you build with it, are yours. Short quotes from free patterns with a link back to the site are always welcome.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs and the Statecraft name and logo belong to Intersans Design Private Limited. Apart from the licence above, nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, bypass access to Pro content, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service or revoke a licence if these terms are broken, without refund where the breach is serious (for example, redistributing the download).

7. No warranty

Statecraft is guidance, not a guarantee. The content and code are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don’t promise that they’re error-free, suitable for your specific product, or that code will work in your environment without changes. You’re responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding how to use anything you take from Statecraft — including code produced by AI tools from our prompts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intersans Design Private Limited isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Statecraft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Statecraft Pro. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes won’t reduce the rights you received with a purchase you’ve already made.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
