Privacy Policy

Statecraft is operated by Intersans Design Private Limited, India. We collect as little personal data as we can: the site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. This policy explains what we do collect and why.

What we collect

  • When you browse the site: nothing that identifies you. We don’t use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
  • When you buy Statecraft Pro: payment is handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We never see or store your card details. Dodo shares with us the information we need to fulfil and support your order: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the amount and the order ID.
  • When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your purchase, send you updates to Statecraft Pro version 1, and handle refunds.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

Who we share it with

  • Dodo Payments — payment processing, tax and invoicing, as Merchant of Record. Dodo’s own privacy policy covers the data it processes.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Our email provider — to send and receive email.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

These providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

The site doesn’t set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from third-party font services. Dodo Payments may use cookies on its checkout pages to process your payment securely.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and as required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 8 years. Support emails are kept for as long as they’re useful for helping you, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the EU and UK, the GDPR — you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete your data.

Children

Statecraft is a professional tool and isn’t directed at children under 18.

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
